Larger Farrowing Area

The low-lip feed pan and hopper-gate of the S4-Series add 8" of length and over 1 sq. ft. of space to the farrowing crate area. This provides a comfortable area for the sow to rest her head while lying down.

Wider Aisles

The unique hopper-gate design of the S4-Series increases aisle width by 8" thanks to a 28 lb. capacity hopper in the gate panel. Water fittings are protected underneath the hopper.

Higher Feed Consumption

The wet/dry feeding design of S4-Series provides the sow with a dry feed shelf, water supply from a waterline nipple and a feed pan to mix feed and water. The Wet/Dry Feed System increases feed consumption by up to 1kg/day.

Better Pre-Wean Feeding

The low-lip of the S4-Series provides small pigs the opportunity to access feed and water before weaning, creating heavier weanlings and better rate gains after weaning.

Easier Cleaning

The S4-Series is designed for easy cleaning. The hopper swings out allowing full access to the feed pan for cleaning.
