The Auto-Sort Management System is designed to enhance profits by maximizing scale/sorter use, optimizing food courts and feeding programs, and precisely marketing animals. The components comprising the Pro-Sort system include a scale/sorter, software, scale head, hardware (either a ICP or PC), color detection option and feeders. Also important in the Auto Sort Management System is a well designed ventilation system to ensure an optimum barn environment.

	Pro-Sort Scale/Sorter The Pro-Sort scale sorter has been designed and developed by Elmendorf Manufacturing over the past ten years.
	Omni-Sort Software Omni-Sort software allows you to automate and control the pro-sort system. It is part of the Omni 4000 management system designed by Phason.
	PS-1 Scale Head The PS-1 is a computer based monitoring control that provides accurate, automatic weighing and up to three-way sorting compatibility.
	Information Control Point (ICP) The network-based ICP by Phason is an automated data terminal utilizing Microsoft® Windows XP operating system. This can be the main controller of the system interfacing with the PS-1 scale head. A PC computer may also be used in place of the ICP.
	CD-1 Color Detection Sensor Permits detection and sorting of specially marked animals Can be used to detect and sort gilts for breeding, Separate sick pigs or other specially marked animals Sensor connects directly to auxiliary inputs on the Pro Sort scale head CD-1 is compatible with the OMNI-4000 Sort software
	F-Series Wet/Dry Multispace Finisher Feeders F-Series feeders include the original F1 series Crystal Spring Wet/Dry Multispace Feeders that are of welded 304 stainless steel construction. The F-Series also includes the new F10 series Crystal Spring Wet/Dry feeders that are of bolted 3CR12 corrosion resistant construction.
