The Crystal Spring Wet/Dry concept has proven over the years to be the best, most
profitable feeder design. The pig is given a choice to feed on dry feed on the shelf
or mix it with water in the trough, which increases daily gain and decreases both
feed and water waste.
The F1-Series' EZ-Adjust patented adjusting system is designed for easy, repeatable
and extra fine feed flow adjustment of .06" for a range of over 2".
The F1-Series supports up to 16 pigs per space for up to 160 pigs per feeder(F1-572)
with a feed capacity of up to 330 pounds.
Quality
Crystal Spring maintains the highest level of quality and uses only 304 Series Stainless
Steel heavy duty 12, 14 and 16 guage construction. All parts are lapped and folded
to eliminate sharp edges and to strengthen wear points. The feeder is welded together
for a strong long-lasting construction.
Practical
EZ-Adjust patented adjusting system provides easy, repeatable and fine feed flow
adjustment. Multiple holes and knockouts allow mounting in many situations. The
F1-Series is available with a double (standard) or single sided feed trough. Additional
accessories are available: 10" hopper extension, high moisture feed shelf, drop
tube mounts, wean to finish trough barriers, and mounting brackets, angles and channels.
